We’ve all had those days when its too cold and windy to climb in just a midlayer, but after wearing a hardshell for about ten minutes, you’re sweating through your layers–this is where you need the Adze. Its Polartec Windbloc softshell fabric stops cold and biting winds, but it maintains a high level of breathability, so you can stay on the move without getting drenched with sweat. Stretch side panels provide exceptional mobility, while a helmet-compatible hood and harness-compatible pockets make the jacket fully functional when you’re roped up. The cuffs are designed to stretch over gloves, leaving nothing exposed in alpine environments, and the no-bunch hem is adjusted from inside the handwarmer pockets.
