At just 1 lb 3 oz., the SummerLite is the lightest bag Western makes in a continuous baffle construction. Their goal in designing this bag was to make it as light as possible without eliminating key features or function. The result is a fully-baffled bag that weighs only 19 ounces and features a full-length zipper with insulated draft protection! The SummerLite is a dream come true for lightweight backpacking fanatics.

My all-time favorite bag

This is the lightest fully baffled bag from Western, and has come with me for a solid 3 years now. At 19oz total weight with 10oz of down, this is my go-to for all 3 seasons. I've even taken it into the teens with supplemental insulation. I can not find anything wrong with this bag and I expect to have it for years to come.
