It's time to get back to lifetime ownership

Peak products are created only after strict investigations and tests to
ensure certain functioning for a long time in the field. So we never
provide a certificate of guarantee. We consider it only natural for our
company to take responsibility for the quality of our products. If you
should ever find that one of our products does not function properly,
we would like to ask you to contact our Snow Peak Users Service, or
take it to one of our dealers. If the product malfunctions due to
faulty manufacturing process, we will either repair or exchange the
product free of charge. In other cases, we will make the necessary
repairs for a reasonable fee.

Please understand that damage caused by careless usage, or breakdown
due to completion of the life expectancy of the product, we won't be
able the make any repairs. Also, make sure to read the user's manual
before you use our products. If there is anything not clear or if a
products should malfunction, please feel free to contact the Snow Peak
Users Service or any of our Snow Peak Certified Dealers at any time
