Warranty
Grassroots Guarantee
Granite Gear doesn't rely on fancy ads or glossy catalogs to build
their reputation. They
rely on satisfied customers to spread the word. So they invest in
R&D and
better fabrics and construction, and stand behind what they
do. If you're
not satisfied with one of their products for any reason, even after
years of
use, return it to them. If there's a problem with the materials or
craftsmanship they'll repair or replace it. If it's normal wear,
they'll repair
it for a reasonable charge.
Warranty returns and repairs
If
you believe you have a product that is defective in materials or
workmanship, you can return it to us for warranty evaluation. We will
repair or replace it, or, if we find that the item is not defective,
provide estimate of the repair cost. It is not necessary to provide
proof of purchase. Repairs of items with problems due to normal wear
and tear, damage from accidents or misuse will be repaired at a
reasonable cost.
