Repairs,
Exchanges, and Returns
GoLite's
guarantee
is simple: they want you to be happy with your GoLite product. They will
replace any gear with a manufacturing defect for the lifetime of the
product, free of charge. And if one of their products fails to satisfy
you, return it to the store you bought it from or contact our Customer
Service department to return it to us for repair, replacement, refund,
or GoLite credit, at our discretion. Damage due to wear and tear will
be repaired at a reasonable charge to the user. For further details,

Repairs
If your GoLite gear needs repairing, please call their Customer Service
Department during our normal business hours (8am-6pm MST Monday through
Friday) at 888-546-5483 (5-GOLITE). One of their representatives will
take down the details and give you a Return Authorization Number that
needs to be included on the outside of the package when you ship it
back to GoLite. Repairs covered by GoLite’s
Guarantee
are provided to you free of cost. For repairs not covered by
GoLite’s
Guarantee we will provide you with a reasonable repair charge
– they do
not seek to run a profit on repairs. Charges for shipping and insuring
your package are your responsibility. Please be sure to insure the
contents of your package prior to shipping as GoLite cannot be
responsible for uninsured packages.
By law anything returned for repair must be washed first
– if you return an unclean item, we will contact you first
and let you
know the charge for professional cleaning prior to repairing it.
Items sent in for repair or exchange MUST have a Return Authorization
Number and should be shipped to the address below via any standard
delivery service (e.g. USPS or UPS):

Exchange and Returns
If you purchased your GoLite product from an authorized GoLite dealer,
whether in person or online, you should return it to that
dealer for return or exchange.
If
you purchased your GoLite product directly from GoLite and that product
fails to meet your expectations, you may exchange or return the
product, at GoLite’s discretion. Gear for return or exchange
must be in
its original condition with the hangtags still attached. If gear is
returned in its original condition, you will be refunded the cost of
the product, including sales tax.
If your GoLite product was received as a gift, you may exchange the
product for the same product in a different size or color. If the right
size is not available, you may exchange the item for a product of equal
or lesser value (MSRP) or receive a credit towards a future purchase.
Charges for shipping and insuring your package are your responsibility.
Please insure the contents of your package, as GoLite is not
responsible for uninsured packages. For product exchanges, GoLite will
cover the shipping costs of that product back to you.

One of our representatives will take down the details of your return or
exchange and will give you a Return Authorization Number.
