Cloudveil builds clothing to last. All Cloudveil products are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers' defects in materials and workmanship. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, Cloudveil will repair it without charge, or replace it, at their option. Repairs due to accident, improper care, or negligence - where they are not at fault - will be performed at a reasonable charge. Garments returned for warranty inspection must be clean. For repairs/warranty issues, please call Customer Service at 877.255.8345 for an authorization number and shipping instructions. Garments received without an RA will be returned.
