WARRANTY
Cloudveil builds clothing to last. All Cloudveil
products are fully warranted to the original owner against
manufacturers' defects in materials and workmanship. If a product ever
fails due to a manufacturing defect, Cloudveil will repair it without charge,
or replace it, at their option. Repairs due to accident, improper care,
or negligence - where they are not at fault - will be performed at a
reasonable charge. Garments returned for warranty inspection must be
clean.
For repairs/warranty issues, please call Customer Service at
877.255.8345 for an authorization number and shipping instructions. Garments received without an RA will be
returned.
Please do not send any returns, unless authorized to do so, to our
Jackson office. This will result in your return or repair being delayed.
