Before sending back a pad for warranty, read the information below for assistance and helpful tips. This may save you time and money.

Pads. All of our pads come with a repair kit that includes a patch kit and in some cases a new o-ring and valve. You can find a leak by submerging the fully inflated pad into a sink or bathtub full of water and looking for air bubbles.

Leaky Valve
If you see bubbles coming from the valve, try the following procedures:

Insulated Air Core pad: unscrew the valve all the way and firmly pull the valve cap off. Remove the o-ring and replace it with the one provided in your repair kit. Firmly press the valve cap back on the valve. We recommend you inflate the pad again to determine if the problem has been fixed.

Any other pads with a leaky valve: return the pad to us for inspection.

Leak/Hole
Small pinprick: we recommend using just the glue provided in your repair kit. To do this fully deflate the pad and place the glue over and around the hole. Let glue dry 4-5 hours before re-inflating.

Larger hole or tear: use the patch material provided in your repair kit along with the glue. Fully deflate your pad. It is best to cut the patch material larger than the hole or tear before applying any glue. Place the glue around the hole or tear slightly larger than your patch to ensure a better seal. Let the glue dry for 3-5 minutes and then apply the patch, pressing firmly around the edges and smoothing out any wrinkles. Let the patch dry 4-5 hours before re-inflating.
