Montana Guiding

Hyalite Canyon:

Only two or three other places in the lower 48 offer the accessibility, consistency and volume of world class ice climbs as Hyalite Canyon, Montana. I am proud to call Hyalite my backyard and feel blessed to be able to guide within its majesty. As a lead guide for Montana Alpine Guides, I run all my trips through this reputable company.

The programs I offer cover the spectrum of possibilities from one day beginner classes to the extreme of what Hyalite has to offer.

• One Day Beginner Course: Ice Climbing 101
• One Day Intermediate Course: Ice Climbing 201
• One Day Advanced Course: Graduation

These programs are designed for you. Choose any objective of your liking and I will take you there. Limit two climbers.

*All ice climbing programs can be converted into two day bookings if desired.

Gallatin Canyon Rock Climbing:

The Gallatin Canyon of Bozeman offers the best selection of Granite and Limestone climbing in the area. Routes range from easy 5.6 top ropes to challenging multi-pitch full day outings.
