I just got one of these to go with my 120 pad. I have not tested this on the trail yet but I imagine it will work great, just like all the other montbell products I have used. It is rather comfortable and integrates with my pad well.

The best designed inflatable pillow on the market - period! I've tried them all and this is the one. It is not "plush", per say, but it provides amazing support to help you get the most out of your REMs. The slight rise for your neck provides excellent comfort and the special folds in the center of the pillow do a stellar job of supporting your head, no matter which way you turn it. Works very well for side sleepers as well. Tip: inflate only 1/2 way and start from there. At 2.3 oz, this is an no-brainer! Cheers.
