This sleeping bag is made for packing light and moving quickly. That being said, I have found it to be a surprisingly warm multi-use piece. Coupled with insulated garments underneath, I have found that it works in many three season environments where light weight, versatility, and tiny pack size are the focus. The lack of hood limits its applications for some, but an insulated jacket with a hood takes care of this. Another nice feature is the full length zipper, which can be unzipped and used as a two-person blanket on bivies. Overall, a beautifully functional lightweight bag that has many uses.
