Designed for alpine, rock, and ice climbing, Outer shell in ABS protecting against penetration, inner layer in shock absorbing polystyrene foam. One size 54/62 that can be regulated to fit once the helmet is on. Extremely efficient air circulation. Yellow coloured for best visibility in all situations.

Application notes regarding Grivel Salamander

I have been wearing this helmet for the 2010-2011 ice climbing season and have been very pleased with it. The feature that I like the most is the strap system for attaching a head light. We (ProLite Employees) ice climb at night alot and my head lamp stays secure all night. The fit of the helmet is great with a easy to use dial adjustment to customize the fit. All in all the Grivel Salamander is a great helemet.
